The final step is to set up a direct debit mandate with our payment provider, Gocardless, so we can start taking your weekly payments.

Gocardless mandate set up

We will pack your first veg box for you after you have set up a direct debit with Gocardless. If you set up a direct debit before Tuesday 5pm, you will be able to start collecting your veg box from Wednesday the following week.

Once you have set up the payment, we’ll send you a welcome email with more details about when and where to collect your first bag of veg!
